Unit 1 Teaching Plan (教案) 系部:公共外语基础部 教师姓名:彭小红 课程名称 大学英语(二) 授课专业及班级 道卓、桥卓、民族 Teaching Span (教学学时) 8 periods Teaching Means (教学手段) Multi-media (Teaching Content) 教学内容 Unit 1 Living Green Teaching Aims (教学目的) Students will be able to : 1. have a thorough understanding of the text contextually and linguistically; 2. expand their vocabulary about green living and know how to use the key words and expressions in context properly; 3. talk about the negative impact of our modern lifestyle on the environment and how to live green in our daily lives; 4. act out an interview about lifestyle issues, which centers on living in Las Vegas vs. living off the grid; 5. get familiar with the writing of paragraph with a topic sentence that clearly states the main idea.
